A 5 mile circular walk that explores both the historic Grand Union Canal and the countryside in and around the Boxmoor Trust Estate.
Distance: 5 miles with 140m of ascent.
Time: Approx 2 hours
Difficulty: Moderately easy on sometimes muddy paths with two climbs.
