Our friendly wine expert from Rosewood Wine School will guide you through a tasting of wines that truly define the continent — bold, expressive, sun‑soaked and bursting with character.
We’ll explore a hand‑picked selection of South America’s most renowned bottles, with a couple of twists along the way, including exciting wines from emerging regions that are making serious waves.
Each wine will be paired with delicious South American‑inspired nibbles and cheeses to bring the flavours to life.

Latest News - Winter 2025
As the nights draw in we have taken the discission Open Friday nights only and to close on Saturday evenings until the 14th March 2026.
Over these quieter winter months we have been putting together a new more extensive wine menu and new charcuterie boards which will be available from mid January during the daytimes, at evening events and on our WINE FRIDAY'S, Friday nights we will also be offering dinner from 5pm to 8pm alongside the cheese boards.
As you would have seen we have installed two of our four wine dispensers into the café main shop to showcase wines from the new menu, we also offer exclusively to FWWC card holders, if you are interested in how the machines work then drop us an email and we will arrange a free demonstration one evening that suits.

How many times have you looked at a wine menu in a restaurant, and wanted to try some of those lesser-known higher-priced wines, but revert back to buying the big name safe bet wines? Well now is your chance to explore and expand your knowledge with our guest wine hosts sharing their experience and love of wine in a relaxed evening of tastings.
*The FWWC is an all-inclusive wine tasting night where we taste, discuss and drink new and old world wines, wines of interest, and the occasional special wine. We've called it a club but there is no joining or membership fee, no club cards, and no snobbery, the only commitment to become a member is to buy a ticket on the night to one of our wine tasting events.
By buying a ticket to our events you will be able to try wines with tasting notes and make your own comments. We will then offer the opportunity to ticket buyers to buy the wines tasted across the evening by the bottle or case at our trade prices for one night only!. We will also provide some nibbles throughout the event, and if you wanted a glass of your favourite tasting of the night this to would be discounted to trade prices.
This is a unique concept enabling new and seasoned wine drinkers to not only expand their taste in excellent wines but also give an insight into the higher-end wine market without paying the earth on something random and un-enjoyable.
We will present carefully selected wines giving our FWWC tasters the very best of what's new in the world of wine, some old classics, and out of the box adventurous wines. Expect every wine to be a winner fit for any restaurant menu, gift, or your personal wine racks to enjoy with friends and family.
