TICKETS.
The venue hosts many events which comprises of both seated and standing tickets. There are a limited number of seats, so these seats are pre allocated to those that purchase tickets in advance , so if you'd like a seat, please ensure you buy in advance and arrive early before the show starts.
Returns/exchange policy. Unless a show is cancelled, we do not offer refunds on tickets, we do however offer to exchange the tickets for another show in the future but we need 24hrs notice.
Please do not ask us to move tickets more than once or to refund or move tickets outside of our 24hr policy
To purchase tickets we use a number of ticket agents, currently we're using PayPal which is free and incurs no booking fees to the customer and We Got Tickets which incurs a booking fee.
Once you have confirmed your ticket purchase your details will automatically be added to our confirmed ticket list which we will have on the door upon your arrival at the event, there are no physical tickets!. It's all digital.
If paying via PayPal we will send you an email within 48hrs confirming the show date and the number of tickets purchased, and we will have all your booking details on the door list when you arrive.
All seating is allocated and on a reserved basis unless otherwise stated.
